DELIVERY

We deliver our items within 2 to 4 working days.

Free delivery within the Netherlands from € 50.00.

If you want to have something delivered outside the Netherlands, please contact us at info@daygolf.codematrix.zone for more information about the shipping costs.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN TIME

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for exact rates. 

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and in the original packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at order@daygolf.codematrix.zone. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.

RETURNS

Returns are no problem with us.

If you have ordered an item from DAY Golf and it does not fully meet your expectations, you can of course return it. You may return unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt of your items.

We will process the return within 5 working days of receipt.

Return costs are always at your own expense.

However, if you have received a wrong item or size, please contact us via order@daygolf.codematrix.zone.

Exchange is unfortunately not possible, we ask you to place a new order.

RETURN PROCEDURE

– Fold the item, please in the original packaging. Protect the item well, because we are not liable for damage to a returned item.

– Do not forget to complete and enclose the return form (Click here).

– Stick the return label on the package.

– Send your return as a package with a Track & Trace code and preferably not as a postal item, something can sometimes get lost.

– We cannot credit lost returns.

– We will refund the return amount within 14 days via the payment method chosen by you.
